劉明，中國科學院院士，IEEE Fellow、發展中國家科學院院士（shì），中國科學院微電子研究所研究員、中國（guó）科學院微電子器件與集成技術重點實驗（yàn）室主任，國家（jiā）重大基礎研究計劃項目首席科學家，2008年（nián）國家傑（jié）出青年基金獲得者，國家自然基金委創新群體負責人。
劉（liú）明（míng）院士長期從事微（wēi）電子科學技術領域的研究，研究興趣主要是存儲（chǔ）器機理模型、材料結構、核（hé）心共性（xìng）技術和芯片集成等。

Ming Liu is professor of the Institute of Microelectronic and director of the Key Laboratory of Microelectronic Devices & Integrated Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). She is also academician of CAS and the World Academy of Sciences, IEEE /TWAS Fellow.
Ming Liu received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in semiconductor physics and device from Hefei Polytechnic University, Hefei, China, in 1985 and 1988, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronauts, China, in 1998. From 1998 to 1999, she was a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). She joined the Institute of Microelectronics, CAS, in 2000. Her research interests are semiconductor materials, integrated circuit processing, nanofabrication, nano-electronics, molecular electronics, and non-volatile memory.
2019年7月13-14日，第二屆國際柔性電子學術大會將在杭州舉行，Ming Liu教授（shòu）將（jiāng）作（zuò）為特（tè）邀嘉賓出席本次大會（huì），並在大會上（shàng）作邀請報告。本屆大會專（zhuān）注柔性電子的前沿領域，截止目前，除Ming Liu教授（shòu）外，大會還邀請到了美國（guó）三院院士John A. Rogers教授、Takao Someya教授、英國劍橋大學教授George Malliaras等（děng）21位國內外頂級專家為大家帶來前瞻性學術報（bào）告。
